**Days Off:** Weekdays (based on occupancy)

### Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Housekeeper to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity for growth, with a starting pay of $18 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after a successful 90-day probationary period. The ideal candidate will have housekeeping experience and exhibit strong leadership qualities.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Housekeeping Experience:** Perform and oversee housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and quality in all units.

- **Damage & Quality Control:** Inspect each unit to ensure it meets company standards and is ready for guest check-in. Code doors correctly.

- **Maintenance Reporting:** Report all maintenance work orders and follow up to ensure completion.

- **Work Assignments:** Assign tasks to housekeepers and monitor their progress.

- **Laundry Service:** Monitor laundry service, ensure all linens and towels are recorded before and after washing, and deliver supplies to each unit.

- **Supply Inventory:** Maintain an organized, orderly, and clean supply room. Keep track of inventory.

### Schedule and Time Off:

- **Work Schedule:** 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

- **Days Off:** Weekdays based on occupancy.

- **Requesting Time Off:** Submit requests for specific days off at least one week in advance. Vacation requests must be submitted at least one month in advance.

### Qualifications:

- Proven housekeeping experience.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work weekends.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Excellent communication skills.
