Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Colorado Tire Storage and Squirrelbox representative you will spend a lot of time independently, out on
the road, delivering and picking up customers belongings. The main items you will be handling are tire
sets. Seasonally, you will also be handling college student personal belongings. You will be asked to
coordinate with our retail customers, vehicle shop employees and managers, as well as car dealership
personnel. Good customer service is a must. We are looking for a highly experienced driver who enjoys
being on the road for the majority of the work day. Listen to your own music, podcasts etc. Other duties
include racking and storing, labeling and logging these items into our computer data base. Basic
computer knowledge is encouraged as you will be using computer systems to assist you throughout the day. As a growing small business, there is room to grow in your position. The name of the game is time management in order to assure that the deliveries and pick ups are made on time. We need someone who enjoys coming to work and getting the job done.
Being able to show up to work on time is required.

 

Must haves:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Employee may have to contact customers via phone or text to confirm pick up and delivery
  • times
  • Represents the company and our commitment to our customers
  • Will have to coordinate at times with repair shops to locate customer vehicle sets
  • Will interact with service technicians and shop leads in Dealership auto bays
  • Clean Driving Record
  • The majority of your job will be driving between Denver and Boulder in busy traffic
  • Able to navigate computer interfaces and have basic computer skills
  • Able to lift and stack tires and heavier items

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day delivery of tire and wheel sets and student belongings
  • Taking care of students personal items and delicate wheels
  • Labeling, storing and logging incoming deliveries
  • Monthly inventory
