Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee contractors and third-party vendors to ensure quality and timely work, turning every renovation into a masterpiece.

  • Networking: Engage in marketing and networking with wholesalers, real estate agents, and investors, building strong connections that fortify our operations.

  • Analysis: Master the art of property valuation and underwriting, transforming data into actionable insights.

  • Inspections: Lead property walkthroughs and inspections, ensuring every exploration contributes to our success.

  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive packages with disposition options, crafting strategies that enhance our sales performance.

  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively resolve any operational challenges.

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning and business development initiatives as our real estate journey unfolds.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills across all forms (email, phone, in-person).

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data analysis.

  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious with a passion for continuous improvement and personal development.

  • Preferred: Real estate experience is not required but is considered an added bonus.
