Position Overview: We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our sign-making process, with a focus on creating custom ADA compliant signs. This role involves sign construction, painting, and general labor tasks to ensure the efficient and accurate production of high-quality signage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ADA Compliant Signs: Assist in the production of custom ADA compliant signs, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and specifications.

  • Sign Construction: Build and assemble various types of signs, including cutting, framing, and installing components.

  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to signs, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance.

  • General Labor: Perform tasks such as material handling, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization to support overall production efficiency.

  • Quality Control: Inspect finished signs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications, making adjustments as needed.

  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or sign-making environment is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

  • Skills: Familiarity with tools and equipment used in sign making.
