Assistant Property Manager

Corigin Real Estate Group is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to work on-site at a 66-unit boutique community in Mansfield. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible, under the direction of the Operations & Asset Managers, for the overall management of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‐to‐day property management and leasing aspects of the community.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants

· Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and negotiating contracts

· Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities

· Addressing and resolving residents’ questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

· Managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices

· Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records

· Conduct tours of neighborhood and competitor product and present team summer end findings

· Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants

· Technology: Ability to work with Property Management software for new resident applications, maintenance work order request management, vendor invoicing, and general communications
