Position Overview: We are currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Porter to join our maintenance team. The Porter will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment complex's common areas, grounds, and amenities. This role is essential in ensuring a positive living environment for our residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and other communal spaces.
  • Keep outdoor grounds clean and well-maintained, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
  • Assist with trash removal and recycling duties as needed.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and touch-up painting.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the maintenance supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests when encountered.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
