Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical or software maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed
- Submit incidence documentation when required.

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of IT and computer skill is heavily preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Ability to troublehsoot and handle software and hardware issues
