Savin Engineers, P.C. is seeking Construction Inspectors for water and wastewater infrastructure improvements for the City of Baltimore, MD. 

Successful candidates will have a strong background in water main installation and rehabilitation, sewer line installation and rehabilitation, site/civil operations, excavation, and restoration procedures. Candidates will provide daily inspection of ongoing construction for compliance with approved shop drawings and contract specifications; respond to RFI and RFC; resolve coordination issues in the field; maintain logs of personnel, equipment and materials on site; coordinate scheduling; and prepare detailed inspector daily reports.

Requirements

  • Two to five years of construction inspection experience in the water and wastewater fields.
  • Knowledge of current City of Baltimore codes and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CM-14.
