Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced kitchen detailer/cleaner to join our dedicated staff You will assist in the post cleaning and deep cleaning of commercial kitchens.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize all table and counter tops
  • Scrape and brush all grills and griddles
  • Detail all flattops and fryers
  • Sweep and clean all floors
  • Wash and rinse all floor mats
  • Clean all filters, drains, and walls
  • Clean and disinfect all kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
  • Wipe down dishwasher, door handles, and light switches

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning kitchens, janitorial, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning methods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Health card recommended
