Small but growing renovation group in Potomac, MD adding to our team in 2024 If you're passionate about finish carpentry but still don't mind tearing it all apart and then roughing it back together, we'd love to hear from you. We don't waste time, but we don't rush either - so balance and the ability to manage challenging building situations a must.

Ideal candidate will have three + years of experience, focus on safety, high-end design and quality building skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve, excellent communication skills, great attitude and presentation with reliability.

• Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of various construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Proficient skills in interior finish work.
• Provide your own tool belt with small hand tools.

Kitchen cabinet installation and custom trim, doors, windows, bathroom makeovers, moulding, hardware, rough framing ability

Monday through Friday and some weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be on time and ready to work
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Consistent and high quality carpentry
• Operate tools in a safe manor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to operate power tools such as table saws, hand saws, nail guns, and other carpentry related tools
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Must have strong references
• Valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• General Carpentry experience with minimum 3 years on Finish Carpentry
• Estimated 40 hr. work week, Monday – Friday 8AM-4PM
• Some overtime may be required
• Weekend work optional at times
