MES Engineer – Solar Module Intelligent Manufacturing Systems

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled MES Engineer (Manufacturing Execution System) to lead our intelligent manufacturing projects at both the factory and production line levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management, providing advanced production application solutions, managing team activities, and ensuring the seamless integration of multi-systems to support our intelligent manufacturing platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of intelligent solar module manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with our project management standards.
• Solution Design: Develop factory-level intelligent manufacturing production application solutions, including business architecture, process planning, and the creation of system business process diagrams and prototypes.
• Team Leadership: Manage daily work assignments, oversee team performance, and review work results to ensure project objectives are met.
• Technical Implementation: Select and implement production application solutions, manage multi-system integration, and provide complete intelligent manufacturing production application solutions.
• Operational Support: Ensure the long-term operational support of the intelligent solar module manufacturing platform, including demand management, system implementation, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of lean Production Management Systems and mastery of Intelligent Manufacturing standards (ISA95/MESA).
• Proven experience as a project manager in factory-level or production line level intelligent manufacturing projects. PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in practical project application and development, with the ability to control project progress and ensure quality delivery.
• Experience with multi-system integration and knowledge of information interface protocols and hardware communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent coordination, communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
