Part-Time Janitor at Jenice's Events and Conference Center

**Position:** Part-Time Janitor  
**Location:** Jenice's Events and Conference Center, Lawncrest, Philadelphia, PA  
**Hours:** 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends  
**Compensation:** Competitive hourly wage

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our event spaces are clean, well-maintained, and ready to impress our guests. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our facility and creating a pleasant environment for all visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Set up and break down event spaces according to the specifications provided.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting any repair needs.
- Ensure all areas of the facility are presentable and clean before, during, and after events.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to any cleaning or maintenance requests from event staff or management.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
