Seaching for Client Services Account Managers

An established warehouse in Boise is looking for two additions to their customer service team  

This is a customer service position supporting multiple business clients (local and internationally based) by managing all of their shipping needs per our service agreement and the expectations set. As a Client Services Account Manager, you will be the primary support contact for assigned business clients and back-up support for other clients as necessary. Daily tasks will include the following:

  • Answer client emails effectively and efficiently.
  • Process and edit orders via email and occasionally over the phone.
  • Answer phone calls from clients, dispatchers, truck drivers, etc. 
  • Work within a cloud-based inventory management system.
  • Utilize a cloud-based help desk ticket system.
  • Problem-solve client issues without getting flustered or stressed.
  • Occasionally support warehouse personnel in picking, packing, and performing other tasks based on the needs of your clients and the business in general.

Requirements:  Having a sense of ownership, good attendance, and the ability and willingness to collaborate with team members and assist in warehouse operations as needed are essential for this position. Having e-commerce and wholesale distribution experience is a plus. A successful candidate will also have the qualities, skills, and experience listed below.

  • Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and ability to self-task.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work across multiple computer applications.
