Responsibilities:

1. Tree Climbing and Pruning:
   - Safely and efficiently climb trees using appropriate equipment and techniques.
   - Perform pruning, trimming, and shaping of trees to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
   - Utilize industry-standard practices to ensure the safety of yourself, team members, and surrounding property.

2. Tree Removal:
   - Execute tree removals with precision and care, considering factors such as tree size, location, and surrounding obstacles.
   - Operate equipment such as chainsaws, rigging systems, and aerial lifts to safely remove trees.

3. Safety and Compliance:
   - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations outlined by industry standards and company policies.
   - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and maintenance of equipment.
   - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe work practices and coordination during tree care operations.

4. Customer Service:
   - Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice on tree care.
