We are looking for an Industrial/Machinery Equipment Rebuild Coordinator​ to join our team

What will you do:

  • Sage data input including new customer orders, job cost estimates and updates, ship date updates, cost transfers, weekly production meeting reports, weekly job analysis reports and vendor purchase orders for shop supplies and active branch orders.
  • Preparation and maintenance of branch job files.
  • Maintain job files with proper documents to track job costs.
  • Notifying the service branches of changes in projected completion dates.
  • Data input for month and year end closings.
  • Driving a non-CDL straight truck to make pick-ups and deliveries within a four (4) hour radius of the Franklin, OH location including how to properly secure loads for transport.
  • Additional tasks as directed by the Rebuild Manager and Production Manager.
  • Generate parts lists and obtain vendor quotes

What will you need:

  • The desire to take “ownership” of the operations team.
  • Strong technical skills and experience within the rebuild business.
  • Strong understanding of structural, electrical and mechanical trades
  • Strong leadership skills and management experience.
  • Strong verbal communication, computer and written skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead shop employees.
  • Associate degree (or other 2-year degree) or High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate), with 3-5 years related work experience.
  • Knowledge of production and job flow procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
