Overview
Human Bees provides temp-to-hire workers to our clients, to meet organizational needs. Human Bees serves as the employer of record and takes care of all the administrative tasks associated with employment, such as payroll and benefits. Human Bees acts as the intermediary between both the client, looking for quality workforce talent and job seekers, searching for long-term career opportunities.

Temp-to-hire workers are employees of Human Bees, called Human Bees Associates. Human Bees Associates have the potential to become permanent employees with the client, if they meet certain criteria, training and performance standards while performing job responsibilities for the client as a Human Bees Associate. These factors can include job performance, attendance, willingness to learn, attitude and completion of contractual requirements regarding the Human Bees Associate that are made between Human Bees and the client. Permanent hire employment with the client is not guaranteed. While employed for Human Bees, Human Bees Associates work as a Production Builder at our client’s facility, in the production department. The Production Builder is an At-Will position and assignment with the client can end at any time, with or without notice, by the client or the Human Bees Associate.

Position Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.00/hr 
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Forklift: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning products and updating logs.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to specific customer requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the forklift and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that products are stored in a systematic and accessible manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to optimize workflow and meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety practices.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform tasks that involve frequent bending, twisting, and standing.
