Location: Little Canada
Wage: $18-$28 per hour
Shift: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs, Fri 7am-1pm
Certification/Education Requirements: Not applicable

Required Assessments/Tests: Not applicable

Description:

We are currently seeking a Blancher & Surface Grinding Operator to join our team in Little Canada. This position involves working with fabricated materials that require blanching and surface grinding. While certification or formal education is not required, we prefer candidates with at least 3 years of experience in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate blanching and surface grinding equipment according to safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after the blanching and grinding process.

  • Make adjustments to equipment settings as needed to achieve desired results.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in blanching and surface grinding.

  • Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work Monday through Thursday from 7am to 4pm, and Friday from 7am to 1pm.
