A leading home improvement and remodeling company is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Manager to join their team. The Field Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, making quick decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and providing regular updates on project status.
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of residential remodeling construction.
  • Proven experience as a Field Manager, Construction Supervisor, or similar role in residential construction remodeling.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
