Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Request for Quotes to Suppliers. 
  • Furnish Suppliers with prints and other pertinent information to quote.
  • Interact with Quality Assurance Department regarding prints, prototypes, MRB.
  • Process purchase orders and blanket orders.  Monitor orders accordingly.
  • Work with Suppliers regarding nonconforming materials, corrective/preventive action.
  • Monitor incoming shipments for over/under shipments.
  • Attend scheduled Production meetings.
  • Work with Warehouse Supervisor and Program Management to ensure uninterrupted flow of material.
  • Work with Warehouse Supervisor and Production Manager on shortages.
  • Conforms to ISO 9001:2000 Materials Department procedures.
