They will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for all employees, compliance and providing support for payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

What you'll do:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including timekeeping, wages, deductions, and taxes

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, including pay discrepancies, tax withholding, and benefits deductions

  • Assist with the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed

  • Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll laws and regulations

  • Assist with payroll-related audits and provide documentation as required
