Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt

Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday; 37.5 hours/week

Locations: Casselberry & Orlando

This position requires work to be performed in our Orlando and Casselberry offices (7 miles apart) dependent on business needs.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Perform general clerical and data entry duties

• Register clients by phone and in person, including processing fees for each registration

• Assist with the daily filing of all client data

• Process enrollment forms

• Verify class attendance and provide the client with a certificate of completion

• Field Operator for SCRAM

• Scheduling of DUI, SSS & IID appointments

• Complete cash report in absence of Director

• Third Party Testing

• Proctor Testing

Minimum requirements:

• Previous customer service and computer data entry.

• Experience with Microsoft products a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Abilities required:

• Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching.

• May require lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone and other office equipment.

• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

• Interaction primarily with clients and co-workers.
