As a Staff Accountant, your responsibilities would include:

Month End

· Prepare and Review Month End Work Papers for all Companies.

- Work with Area Managers to Facilitate Management of Account Activity.

· Prepare Inventory Reconciliation and Intercompany Elimination Entries.

· Research and Analyze Monthly Budget Variances and present to Management.

· Assist Team to Prepare Annual Budget for Financial Forecasting.

· Execution and Management of Special Finance Projects.

· Take Ownership of the Month End Financial Closing Process and Deliver Financial Statements On-Time.

Accounts Payable

· Review RGNI Process and A/P Activity and Supervise Staff.

Cash Management

· Manage Rolling Weekly Cash Forecast

· Prepare and Review Cash Reconciliations

Capital Expenditures

· Review and Maintain Capex Depreciation Schedules.

· Work with Area Managers to Facilitate Management of Capex Budget Compliance.

· Manage Schedule to Track Customer Reimbursement Activity

​Qualifications:

· 5 – 7 Years of Experience in Financial Accounting.

· Advanced Proficiency with Excel, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables.

· Auto Industry Experience Preferred

· Detail and Deadline-oriented
