Job Description: Surgical RN and Clinic Manager

Location: Solstice Health

Solstice Health, the leading non-insurance based Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Direct Surgical Care (DSC) corporation in Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Surgical RN and Clinic Manager to join our innovative team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a paradigm shift in healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, including scheduling and product supply management

- Provide direct patient interaction, promoting lifestyle change through our Wellness program

- Collaborate with the Medical Director and the entire staff at multiple locations to ensure a hands-on and patient-centric approach to healthcare

- Play a vital role in the recently opened Ambulatory Surgery Center, the first of its kind in the Midwest, by providing top-quality surgical care at transparent and low prices

- Utilize your experience in pre-operative/post-operative care and as a circulator in the Operating Room to enhance patient care

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license and relevant nursing experience

- Experience in pre-operative/post-operative care and as a circulator in the Operating Room is highly desirable

- Strong organizational and management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for promoting lifestyle change and wellness
