Job DescriptionJob Description

Company is looking for an experienced Welder to be responsible for Lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structural forms such as frames, stands, reels, shafts, and parts. Excellent pay and benefits.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.

Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.

Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.

Sets up equipment and welds parts, using MIG/TIG/Torch welding equipment.

Assembles parts by bolting and riveting.

Uses acetylene/plasma arc equipment to cut metal parts to print specifications.

Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.

Responsible for reading blueprints, carrying out welding requirements, and ensuring product quality. Required to perform duties following work order process sheets.

 

 

Requirements

 

1. 2 or more years of Manufacturing Setting Welding experience.
