OnStaff USA, located in Vicksburg, MI, is actively recruiting candidates for the position of Tesla Car Part Packager with our client. We are looking for individuals who possess great manual coordination and attention to detail, and who are eager to contribute to the unique culture of our company.

The Work
  • Operating Production Equipment: You will run production jobs that require the use of injection moulding machines, ensuring efficiency and meeting performance goals.
  • Loading and Unloading: You will be responsible for loading raw materials into machines before the production process and unloading finished products, ensuring they are ready for the next step.
  • Understanding Instructions: It's crucial that you comprehend detailed job instructions to carry out production tasks effectively, which will involve adhering to specific operational guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Maintaining Productivity: Achieving and maintaining a high level of productivity is essential to meet production rates and contribute to the team's overall output.
  • Quality Control: Conducting regular checks during the production process to ensure that all products meet quality standards. This includes measuring dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure they conform to specifications using measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
  • Troubleshooting: Inspecting and troubleshooting machines if issues arise to minimise downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Working on continuous improvements in workmanship standards, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations to enhance production efficiency and safety.

  • Understands basic math principles.
  • Does not require previous experience; on-the-job training is provided.
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
  • Is attentive to details and has good manual dexterity.
