Nuestro cliente, empresa multinacional del sector turístico en proceso de expansión, precisa incorporar un Recruitment Specialist para sus mercados internacionales.

Funciones:
- Identificar y atraer candidatos para cubrir vacantes en la empresa. Esto implica publicar anuncios de trabajo, buscar en bases de datos, utilizar redes sociales y otras estrategias para encontrar candidatos cualificados.
- Revisar currículums y perfiles de candidatos para evaluar su idoneidad para el puesto. Esto puede incluir la revisión de habilidades, experiencia laboral, educación y otras cualificaciones relevantes.
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas, virtuales o presenciales con candidatos para evaluar sus habilidades, experiencia, personalidad y ajuste cultural con la empresa.
- Programar y coordinar las entrevistas entre los candidatos y los responsables de la toma de decisiones en la empresa.
- Verificar referencias laborales para confirmar la información proporcionada por los candidatos y obtener una comprensión más completa de su historial laboral.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos internos para comprender las necesidades de contratación y los requisitos del puesto.
- Mantener a los candidatos informados sobre el estado de sus aplicaciones y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en cualquier sector
- Conexiones en la industria para identificar y atraer candidatos calificados.
- Capacidad para evaluar habilidades clave para roles en hotelería.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en un entorno laboral dinámico.
- Familiaridad con ATS y otras herramientas de reclutamiento.
- Preferiblemente, educación en recursos humanos y certificaciones en reclutamiento.
- Inglés avanzado
