Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Drywall Estimator / Project Manager to join our team You will be responsible for commercial project takeoffs and working with bid software. Overseeing project management and budgetary delivery of related job materials for commercial projects awarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement oversight to small & large projects.
  • Oversee Direct and lead the work of onsite sub-contractors as well as budget/material costs.
  • Evaluate safety and procedures for Onsight staff.
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Be a Salesman

  • Previous experience in construction & technology or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Have common sense and logical approaches to work problems and solutions.
