Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a handy porter to join our team You will be responsible for cleaning, completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
  • Clean and inspect the common areas of the building.
  • Prepare and move trash and recycling dumpsters for collection
  • Snow Removal
  • Use power equipment such as a pressure washer or snow blower
  • Operating laundry equipment
  • Maintaining and testing of indoor swimming pool

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of products to be used on various surfaces
