Overnight Tarper

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. This is an overnight shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday thru Friday.
1. Retrieves tarps off trailers.*
2. Spreads tarps and attaches to tarp machine.*
3. Operates tarp and plastic applicator machines to raise and lower tarp.*
4. Directs truck driver into machine.*
5. Loads plastic rolls onto plastic applicator.*
6. Secures plastic and tarps over loads using tie downs and bungee cords.*
7. Stacks spare tarps.*
8. Maintains clean working area.*
9. Wears essential personal protective equipment.*
10. Maintains daily attendance and punctuality.*
11. Completes required paperwork and submits to Crew Leader.*
12. Communicates with management, host facility, employees and carriers.*
13. Abides by company and host safety guidelines.*
14. Inspects tarp machine and mobile equipment.
