Are you a skilled at working with contracts with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a Contract Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the contractual aspects of technology-related procurement. While this position offers remote flexibility, candidates must reside in Florida, preferably in the Central Florida region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units, Technology and Legal, facilitating the contracting process.
  • Coordinate communications between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate Master Services Agreements, Schedules, Statements of Work, and other contractual documents ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Administer existing agreements, including validating insurance certificates and security documents.
  • Conduct final reviews of documents prior to execution, verifying accuracy of financial information.
  • Maintain an organized contract database and library of executed contracts.
  • Assist leadership in ensuring compliance with organizational standards and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certification or other relevant qualifications 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
  • Familiarity with IT contracting processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word with Track Changes functionality.
  • Basic understanding of IT products and services preferred.

Additional Details:

  • Collaboration with the legal department and other Technology team members and Stakeholders is integral to the role.
  • Training will be provided; while a technology background is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail, writing proficiency, and documentation skills are essential.
  • Regular team meetings will be held to prioritize and review contract workload.
