We are seeking a Handyman/ Painter to become a part of our team

Responsibilities:

  • Repair major and minor issues with proper equipment
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must have own tools
  • Must have good attendance record
  • Must have valid drivers license
