Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Executive to join our Admiralty Law Practice team. This position offers the chance to engage in high-stakes litigation, transactional work, and advisory services related to maritime law. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Admiralty Law and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload spanning maritime litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and provide insightful legal analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advocate for our clients' interests.
- Stay abreast of developments in Admiralty Law, regulatory changes, and industry trends to provide strategic counsel and maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in business development efforts, including client outreach, networking events, and marketing initiatives to expand the firm's presence in the maritime sector.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Admiralty Law, with a proven track record of success in complex litigation and transactional matters.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex legal issues into clear and concise arguments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Previous experience in business development or client management is a plus.
