Job Title: Financial Advisor

Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic and ambitious Financial Advisor. The successful candidate will embark on an 18-month training program to learn the intricacies of this firm's operations, focusing on administrative duties, trading, financial planning, and client servicing. This comprehensive training period will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the financial advisory field.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and adhere to the established procedures and processes of the firm.
  • Assist in administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and client correspondence.
  • Execute trades and manage portfolios under the guidance of senior advisors.
  • Collaborate with the financial planning team to develop customized plans for clients.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and presentations alongside experienced advisors.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Ambitious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.
