Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, Black-Seal Boiler Licensed Maintenance Superintendent to live on-site and handle all maintenance and unit turns at a beautiful 89-unit multifamily residential apartment community located in Trenton, NJ.

 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Lives at property and available for 24/7 emergency on-call service

· Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance

· Perform all “make ready” tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including repairs, cleaning and any other necessary tasks

· Responsible for meticulous upkeep of common areas, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community grounds

· Painting and sheetrock repairs

· Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to all common areas and units

· Inspect grounds, buildings, and other common areas daily and ensure excellent curb appeal at all times

· Communicate and interact with staff and tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times

Job requirements:

· A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required

· Must possess strong skills in carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing and appliances

· Black Seal Boiler License required

· Boiler license required

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
