Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a residential mental health treatment program with three locations in Southern California. Typical diagnoses of our clients include depression, anxiety, delusional disorders, bipolar disorders, PTSD, and suicidal ideation.

We are looking for a part-time Quality Improvement Specialist to ensure compliance with all Joint Commission (JCAHO), CA Dept of Social Services (DSS), and CA Dept of Health Care Services (DHCS) regulations and standards.

Must have expert-level knowledge of JCAHO, CA DSS, and DHCS regulations for mental health residential treatment programs

Schedule: 15-20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • dedicated to ensuring compliance with the State & Joint Commission regulations
  • addressing and correcting DCHS, DSS, and Joint Commissions regulations state efficiencies
  • completing all required corrections as directed by JCAHO promptly and accurately
  • training staff to complete and correct all required findings by JCAHO
  • implementing all corrections timely and accurately

Requirements:

Must have expert-level knowledge of JCAHO, CA DSS, and DHCS regulations for mental health residential treatment programs

Salary: $28.00-$35.00- per hour
