Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks in the warehouse, including inventory management, data entry, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to schedule deliveries and shipments

- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory systems

- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance

- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

- Creating and send Arrival Notices to Current Customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills
