We are seeking an Admin Assistant / Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team

Responsibilities:

  • Attract and educate new tenants.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.
  • Help with all administrative needs and duties.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in administration.
  • 6 months property management experience.
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Monday through Friday

8:30am to 5:00pm
