Job Title: Financial Analyst

Duration: Somewhere between 6-12 months.

Location: Remote, with candidates accepted from Canonsburg, Phoenix, Westford, and potentially other locations.

Hours: 8am-5pm EST.

Expenses: No approved expenses for cell phone, mileage, or internet.

Field Work: No.

Position Summary:

• Responsible for organizing and coordinating purchase orders, invoices, and corresponding project budgets.
• Collaborates with Operational Financial team, IT Asset team, and project owners to manage and process invoices for the Data and Digital department.
• Assists in creating and tracking contracts, monitoring project-related channels, and ensuring invoices correspond to contracts and budgets.
• Adjusts and calculates budgetary splits related to capital and expenses.
• Obtains approvals and submits invoices for processing.

Essential Job Functions:

• Tracks and analyzes financial data of company service agreements and contracts.
• Monitors and tracks invoices against budgets.
• Formats invoices with vendors and stakeholders according to the statement of work and budget.
• Shares purchase order details with project team members.
• Updates Teams and ServiceNow with PO attachments.
• Ensures timeliness and quality of transactions.
• Completes all aspects of contract execution and intervenes in case of problems, delays, or disputes.
• Maintains records and files for executed contracts.
• Monitors and tracks project or operational expenses against budgets and financial targets.

Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
• Significant expertise in dealing with third-party contracts.

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• Experience maintaining fiscal responsibilities in a corporate environment.
• Excellent organization skills, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to deal tactfully with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• General knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, logistics, and ServiceNow.
