We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Shop Supervisor to join our team at RollShield LLC. The Floor Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor shop staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
  • Maintain inventory l levels and coordinate with procurement for material needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports related to production activities.

**Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with inventory management and quality control processes.
