Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and competent server to join our team. This role involves serving guests, taking orders, and providing a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and service and a willingness to learn about Middle Eastern cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders and make recommendations based on the guest's preferences and dietary needs.
  • Serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service and dining areas.
  • Assist with setting up the dining area, including setting tables and placing decorations.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth service flow.
  • Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
