• Title:  Paralegal
• Location:  Dallas, TX 75201
• Pay:  $25.00/Hour. – CONTRACT
• Schedule:  8am-5:00pm ~ Monday-Friday. 

ONE Elite Staffing has partnered with City of Dallas and is seeking a Paralegal

PARALEGAL
Responsibilities:

• Work with city attorneys and staff primarily regarding Code liens filed by the City.
• Research municipal and County court records.
• Research County land and tax records.
• Meet with client representatives and attorneys to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation.
• Keep City Attorney’s case management system updated on accounts worked.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Paralegal experience OR pursuing paralegal certificate or degree.

Job Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate required or;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and display excellent time management skills.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Application Process Includes:

• Ability to pass a background check with no FELONY or Class A/B MISDEMEANOR(s).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
