We are currently in search for a Commercial Roofing Foreman. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, while completing each project based on manufacturer specifications.

  • 7+ years experience
  • Up to $5000 hiring bonus depending on skill level and experience
  • No overnight travel.  Home every night

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing installation, repairs, and maintenance of low-sloped systems including TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, fiber tite and EPDM 
  • Must demonstrate hands-on effectiveness in hand welding and robot welding of single ply membranes
  • Performing work in accordance with the scope of work, warranty specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards
  • Creating client reports via tablet
  • Communicating with management regarding crew and project efficiency i.e. delays, issues, personnel problems, adjustments to the scope of work
