We are seeking a Grounds Keeper/Housekeeper to join our team

Responsibilities

• Resolve and minor issues that occur on the property.
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work orders and repairs are reported to the owner.
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
• Cut Grass with ride mower/keep grounds clear of debris

Qualifications:

• Honest, Friendly, Organized, Cheerful, and Kind Person, Likes Working
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Live on property
• Semi-retired/Retired individuals or couple
• Single Person will also be considered
• Great also for College Student in the area

Description of Location:

12-room motel catering mostly to local, regional, and international travelers to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

This is a simple and clean motel. The motel sits just off Interstate 2 and is minutes from Lake Michigan. Escanaba offers several vacation attractions.

Summer is our busy season. Work agreements can be worked out.

Responsibilities will not include online reservations, guest check-in/out, front desk service, and reservation management.

The responsibilities will include some housekeeping and some laundry duties. Extra pay for maintenance work beyond the basic upkeep.

No children or pets can be accommodated for the person seeking this position.
