We are currently seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team in . As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining various types of pipes and pipe systems. This is a hands-on role that requires experience with power tools, welding, and reading schematics. If you have a strong mechanical knowledge and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the field of pipefitting, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Knowledge of copper piping, gas piping and pvc piping

- Install, assemble, and maintain pipes and pipe systems according to specifications

- Use power tools and welding equipment to cut, shape, and join pipes

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine pipe layouts

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient installation and repair of pipes

- Perform inspections and tests to identify any leaks or malfunctions

- Repair or replace damaged pipes or pipe systems as needed

- Build supports and brackets for pipes using appropriate materials

- Rig pipes for lifting and positioning

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar role

- Proficient in the use of power tools and welding equipment

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and fire sprinkler fitting is a plus

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
