Registered Dietitian Consultant

A Licensed Nutritionist/Nutritional Consultant to work with the developmentally challenged population in a residential setting. This is a Part time job, with 2 hours monthly. Schedule will be set in advanced with employer. Must be licensed to practice in the state of California
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Evaluating a Residents nutritional needs
• Providing nutritional counseling and advice to Residents
• Creating a clinical nutrition treatment plan for a Residents
• Educating the Residents and staff on nutrition issues
• Researching the effects of nutrition on health and fitness
• Consulting with a team of staff on nutritional management for a Residents
• Provide a written summary quarterly.
