Position Overview:

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of electrical tasks, including installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a skilled team, and contribute to the success of our clients and the company. 

This position is based out of Rochester, NY, those not in the immediate Rochester, NY radius, need not apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in accordance with industry standards and local codes.
  • Install, repair and maintain fire alarm systems and equipment in accordance with industry standards and local codes.
  • Conduct inspections and diagnose electrical problems, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Perform electrical installations for new construction or remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and blueprints.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects within designated timeframes and budgets.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, utilizing testing devices and specialized equipment to identify and resolve problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.
