Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHH Staffing Service has partnered with multiple apartment communities in Miami-Dade County area as they search for experience Leasing Agents. You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.
Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to move-ins, lease renewals, leasing apartments, generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in procedures, providing high quality resident service, communicating with residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills, tax credit experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
