Major Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their selection of parts and accessories.

- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.

- Point out sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.

- Receive and process merchandise from distributors and prepare product for showroom and customer orders.

- Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.

- Pick parts and accessories for service technicians to install on motorcycles.

- Work closely with the service department to make sure parts are ordered and ready to be installed.

- Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.

- Continuously maintain showroom product availability by stocking shelves and displays.

Requirements

Job Requirements

· Passion for people and Harley-Davidson Brand

· Experience in merchandising and retail sales department

· Ability to work with customers; identify their needs and recommend product- Must understand fashion

· Friendly, outgoing personality with positive attitude, ability to engage with guests and build lasting relationships

· Energetic personality able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand and walk the sales floor for majority of the work day

· Have self-initiative and be able to work independently within the team dynamic; possess a strong work ethic

Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays and evenings
