AP AR Administrative Specialist

Advantage Millwork is a custom architectural millwork company, and we are currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and Administrative Assistant to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records for all AP/AR.
• AIA billings
• Check the accuracy of business transactions.
• Perform data entry and administrative duties.
• General Administrative duties to support Project Managers.
• Front desk administrative duties - coding of all invoices, answering phone calls, directing customers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting AP/AR.
• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experienced in Microsoft Office
• Foundation software experience a plus.
