Basic Requirements:

• Must have a high level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment. Must be neat, reliable and trustworthy.
• Must be able to Diagnose vehicles
• At least 2-3 years of recent work history in a professional Auto Repair/Service facility.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on most makes and models of vehicles as well as light duty trucks.
• Ability to work independently is a MUST (we are a team/family and will provide assistance when needed).
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM specifications. Mechanics must be able to properly look up and perform work as per the repair and diagnostic published procedure and perform repairs at the highest industry standards
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have the ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; and balance, stoop, kneel and crouch (medium duty labor).
• Apart from religious/Holiday observances requires you to be available 40 hours/week between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm & Saturday 9am-12pm.
• Bilingual person is a plus (English/ Spanish)
• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
• Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
• Perform other related duties as required.
